Our industrial design journey with the iRice 3-in-1 Charger was rooted in the belief that simplicity can speak volumes. Our mechanical engineering team carefully designed a strong internal framework that facilitates efficient conductive charging and is optimized for large-scale manufacturing. We prioritized simplifying the assembly process, minimizing the number of intricate parts, and ensuring that components are easily sourced and integrated. By making thoughtful material selections and refining part shapes, we preserved the product’s sleek and elegant profile to our target cost of goods sold (COGS).
