Michael Sprauve brings over 20 years of experience to his role as President for Speck Design. His success is driven by an ability to lead teams of cross-functional nature and be hands-on across each engineering discipline.
Michael manages the entire studio staff at Speck Design – from insights, design and engineering – to meet our mission of delivering products on time and under budget.
He’s been awarded five patents and received several honors for product of the year, and led engineering teams at companies like Xerox that are renowned for innovation. Michael brings over 20 years of product development and client management experience to this role.
Before joining Speck, Michael held senior-level positions such as co-founder, CTO and vice president of engineering at WAGIC, Home Director and Destiny Networks. Prior to that, he held several high-level engineering and technology roles. He holds a B.S., Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
