Engineering the DOT for durability and adaptability, we ensured it could withstand daily barbershop demands while offering flexibility in use.

Our mechanical engineering efforts focused on creating a product that was both durable and adaptable to the dynamic needs of a barbershop. Key to this was the development of a versatile swivel stand, capable of accommodating both portrait and landscape orientations, allowing barbers to adjust the POS according to their workspace. A detachable iPad case and an optional weighted base were engineered for ease of use and stability, ensuring the system could withstand the hustle of daily operations.

The challenge was not only to design a system that was robust but also one that provided maximum flexibility and ease of use. Through rigorous testing and refinement, we achieved a design that offers optimal operational efficiency and enhances customer interaction.
